Bucket Elevator Belt Clamp (EBC) To provide an easy joint to the bucket elevator belt, we have developed EBC series. This clamp is specially designed by taking physical properties of belt into consideration.The clamp radius is optimized as per belt properties.
This clamp is made of two jaws of high strength aluminum alloy and a steel wedge to support the belt with bolts to join the assembly. The number of bolt for clamping depends on the width of the belt.
The use of light weight aluminum alloy help's to maintain the dynamic balancing of the system.The spliced cable ends are soldered.
